As one of Melbourne's most loved bakeries, Tivoli already has decades of history, an incredibly loyal community, and a reputation built on exceptional bread, pastries, and coffee. The opportunity was never about changing what makes Tivoli special. It was about helping tell that story online.

This relationship actually began through my own love for the bakery after moving to Melbourne from Perth. While writing Episode Two of The Still Edit, I had the chance to meet Theo. We stayed in touch, and through conversations about the future of the bakery, it became clear there was an opportunity to build a stronger digital presence while staying true to everything Tivoli already is.

One of Tivoli's biggest strengths is the community it has built over many years.
