Studio Still was established in 2025 by Charlie, built from a lifelong connection to hospitality and the people behind it.
Growing up in an old-school hospitality family, Charlie developed an early understanding of the rhythm, pressure, and pride that comes with running a small business. Long hours, attention to detail, and the importance of community were simply part of everyday life. That upbringing shaped the foundation of Studio Still, a studio built with genuine respect for independent venues, local businesses, and the people who run them.
At Studio Still, every project begins with clarity, taking the time to observe, understand, and recognise the story that already exists within a brand. Through careful observation and thoughtful direction, we shape work that feels authentic to the business and meaningful to its community.
Today, Studio Still is trusted by some of Melbourne’s most recognised hospitality venues, managing social media accounts with a combined audience of nearly 100,000 followers. As the business continues to grow, so does our commitment to helping venues build stronger brands, deeper community connections and long-term success.
That growth has also allowed us to collaborate with incredible creatives, including Emilio Dumar, one of Melbourne’s leading photographers. Emilio specialises in premium photography for businesses and venues, helping us deliver an even higher standard of visual content while ensuring every brand is showcased at its best.
With Studio Still’s growth, Jack has also joined the team to support our clients. Drawing on his hospitality background and experience as Victoria’s Account Manager at Now Book It, one of Australia’s leading reservation platforms, he brings valuable industry knowledge and a genuine passion for helping venues succeed.
